A dynamic mat pilates class with weights and props, that builds upon core principles of Pilates, combined with imagery and various movement concepts, allowing clients to find core integration in multiple ways.  Through breath initiation, the energetic body, all the systems, clients access their vitality with a greater sense of ease, balance and alignment.  Numerous stretches are integrated for injury prevention and helpful for those in back pain. We will have fun, focus, sweat and laugh while connecting to our bodies origin.

Utilizing Cadillac, Reformer/Tower and Chair - build upon core principles of Pilates, combined with imagery and various movement concepts, allowing clients to find core integration in multiple ways.  Through breath initiation, the energetic body, all the systems, clients access their vitality with a greater sense of ease, balance and alignment.  Numerous stretches are integrated for injury prevention and helpful for those in back pain. Private sessions are tailored towards the needs and goals of individual clients.
